Once a client engages us we believe we should be the contact for all event technical requirements. We give us much attention to the hire of a single plasma screen for a day as we do to a two-day conference in Bucharest or Lisbon.
We believe our clients just want a number they can call, a person they can speak with who will answer the technical questions, suggest solutions and offer value for money quotations within short lead times.
We work hard for our clients and we always look to offer the best solution. For events overseas with bespoke elements that need to come from the UK, shipping will be required. If the event is 2 days or more then it becomes more and more feasible to transport the equipment. We look at ways of making it as cost effective as possible. If it’s not feasible, Event tsl have a lot of experience in managing local equipment suppliers on your behalf.
Banks Sadler’s clients hold events all over the world and Event tsl has been privileged to work on events across Europe with them over the past 3 years.
The scope of work carried out for Banks Sadler covers most aspects of what we do; a single piece of audio-visual equipment for the day, a small conference for 50 people, a 2 day conference and dinner for 800 in central London, a 2 day conference in Bucharest where we supplied all equipment and a 2 day conference in Krakow where we used local suppliers but project managed the event and sent a project manager to site for the duration.
The services supplied to Banks Sadler include, bespoke set design and build, technical equipment hire, PowerPoint template design and management, branding/concept design, production and transport/logistics. We limit the range of services we provide to those that we have a proven track record in and where we feel we can really add value.
