Charity Sweepstake
Every year since the company was formed we have, with the support of our clients, given money to charity by way of a sporting charity sweepstake – both the football and rugby world cups saw the 2 winning clients whose picked team had won providing us the names of their chosen charities to whom we made a donation – Cancer Research & a children’s hospice in Wales. 2008 saw us sponsoring a team participating in Oxfam’s Trailwalker – they have, to date, raised over £2k with ours and our clients’ help.

Sponsorship
As a company we sponsor Streatham & Croydon Rugby Club. They were formed in 1871, one of the oldest clubs in the country, and we are pleased to provide them with annual sponsorship to assist with everything from upkeep of the club to new kit and training equipment. They produce rugby at all levels from the minis to a regular senior side. We are proud of our association with them and to have the opportunity to assist a club with such a history and loyal following.

Work Experience
We hope in 2009 to start offering work placements to students interested in the technical world of live events. Please contact us if you or you know of someone who would be interested.

The Environment
we are currently working with CO2Balance to help reduce our effect on the environment with a view to becoming carbon neutral during 2009. As well as taking into account our place of work and the effect this has we are also proposing to offset all carbon emmissions at our own cost, produced as a result of our direct product and service offering for every event on which we work. As an audio visual company we are hoping to invest in those projects that are lighting related – low energy bulbs will be installed in areas where energy is largely derived from fossil fuels. We also employ Cory Environmental who manage our waste and provide us with a number of solutions for recycling.
